It’s been a long time since I’ve posted here!

I had to stop recording when my old computer started going kaflooey. But I got a new one last April, so I have an 8-month-long poor excuse. Anyway, I’m starting this up again now. For real.

This is a song I’ve been wanting to record for over a year, so I’ve played it a bunch at home. I decided to keep this recording simple and stick to piano/vocal only. This was the second take and then I was like, “Done.”

Remember how controversial the 1987 video was? Honestly, though, I recall that part of the big deal was that “She’s Asian!”
